Annual Required Training – 2026–2027

Overview

All WNESU employees are required to complete annual training to support a safe, inclusive working environment, and maintain compliance with state and federal law. Our training program includes two mandatory components: courses completed through Vector Solutions and cybersecurity training delivered through Infosec IQ.  Completion is tracked automatically, and no certificate submissions are required.

Part 1: Vector Solutions

All staff must complete courses as assigned.  Content includes coverage on legally required topics such as title IX, hazing, harassment and bullying, among others.    Course due dates are listed within the platform. Most courses must be completed by September 30 or within 30 days of hire, whichever is later, with certain specialized training due by January 31. A link to the platform is provided below.

Part 2: Cybersecurity and Confidentiality Training (Infosec IQ)

All staff will also complete role-specific training through Infosec IQ, our compliance and cybersecurity training platform. Topics may include phishing awareness, responsible technology use, student data protection, confidentiality, and FERPA. The assigned modules are tailored based on your position in the district.  You will receive an email when your assigned training becomes available.
