Student Services
Windham Northeast Supervisory Union's Student Services Department ensures students with disabilities receive a free appropriate public education (FAPE) by providing specially designed instruction and related services to meet each individual student's needs. The Student Services Department ensures compliance with federal and state laws like the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Our student services team is committed to collaborating with families and school personnel to assist each student in reaching their full potential. In order to reach this goal, our department will work to cultivate inclusive learning environments, equip school staff with resources and training and build strong partnerships with caregivers.
If you suspect your child may have a disability, please reach out to your child's teacher to discuss your concerns or email studentservices@wnesu.com if your child is not yet enrolled in a WNESU school.
If your child has an IEP, please reach out to your child's case manager at their school with any questions. If you are unsure of who that might be, please contact the main office at your child's school. If you still have questions or concerns after speaking with your child's case manager, please reach out to the principal at the school. Any additional questions or concerns can be sent to the Student Services Department by emailing studentservices@wnesu.com.
