Free Meal Kits for Kids – Summer 2025
Pick-Up Location: Bellows Falls Union High School (BFUHS)
Pick-Up Day: Every Wednesday, from June 25 to August 20, 2025
Pick-Up Time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
The WNESU School Nutrition Program is giving out free meal kits for all children age 18 and under. Each kit includes 7 days of breakfasts and lunches. Some items are ready to eat, and others are in bulk. Kits may include local produce, bread, cheese, fruit, cereal, and more.
Do I Need to Sign Up?
No sign-up is required, but filling out the form helps us plan and make enough kits.
We will post a new sign-up form every Thursday.
How Pick-Up Works

Go to BFUHS during the pick-up time

Make sure your trunk or back seat is empty—the kits are large

Park, open your trunk, and roll down your passenger-side window

Tell us how many children you are picking up kits for
Important Rules

Only one kit per child each week

Children cannot get meals from more than one summer site

Children do not need to be there—a parent or guardian can pick up for them
USDA Summer Meals
For Information on receiving meals this summer, call 2-1-1, the United Way-run resource hotline, or go to the USDA Summer Meals for Kids Site Finder: https://www.fns.usda.gov/summer/sitefinder. All sites listed are open to all children, 18 and under. Information is available beginning mid-June, and updates are made on a weekly basis. Some sites may provide grab-and-go or multi-day meal kits that can be consumed off-site.
