MySchoolBucks – Online Meal Payments
WNESU uses MySchoolBucks for staff and other adults to prepay for school meals. All adult meals must be prepaid; charging meals is not permitted.
Getting Started
- Go to www.MySchoolBucks.com.
- Click Sign Up Free (new users) or Log In (existing users).
- Select Vermont as your state and Windham Northeast Supervisory Union as your district.
- Create your account and add yourself using your name and employee ID.
- If you are unsure of your employee ID, contact your school’s front office for assistance.
- Add a payment method (credit/debit card or bank account) to fund your account.
Adding Funds

Log in to your MySchoolBucks account.

Select your name from the account list.

Enter the amount you want to add and complete payment.

Payments are typically available by the next school day.
Meal Pricing
- Student Meals: Free under the USDA Community Eligibility Provision and Vermont’s Universal School Meals Program.
- Adult Breakfast: $3.50
- Adult Lunch: $6.00

You can set up low balance alerts in your MySchoolBucks account to avoid running out of funds.

Funds can also be added in person at the point of sale line using cash or check.
