Welcome to the WNESU After-School Programs
WNESU After-School Programs (ASP) provide up to thirty-five weeks of extended enrichment programming, Monday - Friday (when school is in session.) Start times of ASP vary based on the school (please refer to the ASP Family Handbook for your ASP site's start time.)All ASP dismissal times are at 4:45 p.m. We strive to provide engaging learning opportunities during the after-school hours. Together we build a safe community that encourages kindness, perseverance, and cooperation. ASP aspires to continue to ensure growth and inspire lifelong learning. WNESU offers After-School Programs to students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 funded through various grants and subsidies. Kindergarteners can request to join ASP in January. ASP typically begins in September and runs through June. ASP enables students to stay after school until 4:45 p.m. During this time they are provided with a healthy meal, a chance to play outside, and an opportunity to engage in an enriching ASP club activity. WNESU does not provide transportation after programs end. Parents/guardians must sign their children up prior to having them stay for the After-School Program.
