Windham Northeast Supervisory Union (WNESU) is the administrative, planning, and educational service unit for four School Districts in Southern Vermont.
 
This includes:
  • Rockingham School District
  • Westminster School District
  • Bellows Falls Union High School District
  • Windham Northeast Union Elementary School District.

All of our School Districts have governing boards comprised of publicly elected officials who serve a minimum term. Our Supervisory Union Board is comprised of members from each School District board.

Rockingham School District includes the Town of Rockingham.

Windham Northeast Union Elementary School District (WNUESD) includes the Towns of Athens and Grafton.

Bellows Falls Union High School District is a union of all our school districts and their respective towns.

Westminster School Board includes the Town of Westminster.
