Windham Northeast Supervisory Union's Early Education Center  has three sites: Bellows Falls, Westminster, and Grafton. The preschool provides developmentally appropriate programs free of charge to families living in Athens, Grafton, Rockingham, and Westminster.  Any child, 3 years old by September 1st, is eligible to attend the WNESU Early Education Center.  We have a current enrollment of 70 children.

Our mission is to provide a healthy, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment in which children can grow intellectually, emotionally, and physically. We provide educational opportunities that inspire children to create, explore, and ask questions.  The Early Education Centers are safe and positive learning environments where each child’s self esteem and uniqueness is supported.

The Early Education Center's programs include music and movement, art, storytelling, age appropriate reading and math readiness activities, daily “circle time,” outdoor play and field trips. The program is a part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program where the children eat a healthy, family style snack every day.

If you are interested in registering your child for the WNESU Early Education Center you may call Jennifer Wolfe at 463-1612 ext. 215.
